POLICY

All items must be returned within 5 business days upon receipt only.

  • Due to health, safety & hygiene reasons, your item must be unused, packaging unopened and in it’s original packaging.
  • Beauty Saffron Contact Lenses:  No returns/refund accepted for any of our lenses due to health, safety and hygiene reasons.  We take time to ensure we manage the quality of all our contact lenses plus sending you the right colour of your order.  If you have any questions please send us a message on facebook, instagram or email to order@beautysaffron.co.nz
  • Return Shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
  • Return packaging to be sent as tracked package.
  • Cancellation / Order Change Request after the items has been shipping will be categorised as a ‘Return’ and the customer will cover expenses of sending back the cancelled/changed order.
  • Customer has the duty to update us if your order has not been received or lost.  We will attempt to track & trace from out end and communicate with the carrier suppliers to recover your items.
  • All products are thoroughly checked for quality and correct orders before dispatched.
  • We can only replace products purchased from beauty saffron.co.nz with the provision of a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In some rare circumstances, if our products are manufacture damage or faulty, we will replace with the same colour & type of products as ordered and shipping are covered by us – NO EXEMPTION.
  • If you change your mind about the colour, we will not refund/exchange this.  However, if you have made the order and paid, you can send us any colour change request within 1 hour of purchase and that we do have your changed colour in stock and is of the same value and type as the original order.
  • Whilst we do our best to provide you with all the necessary information to help you choose the right colour for your, we are not liable for how any of the contact lenses will look on you.
  • All contact lenses will vary according to your skin tone, lighting, eye colour and also mirror & camera used for photos.
  • We recommend that you do your own extensive research online before purchasing.

REFUNDS  (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    We won’t accept “ripped” or “damaged” lenses as return/refunds when you have open and used them.

Make sure you check before opening the lens packaging to see if they’re in the right condition.  Once you open the lens packaging or tamper with labels etc then the customer have deemed to accept the products.
